By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use this website. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

  • All our croissants and baked goods are handmade and freshly prepared.

  • Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • For wholesale orders, we require a minimum of 3 days’ advance booking unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

We accept payments through the available gateways on our site (e.g., Billplz, Stripe, or others listed at checkout).
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Deliveries are available via Lalamove, our in-house driver, or courier (for frozen items).

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be shown at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds are allowed as our products are perishable.

  • In the rare case of an error or product issue, please contact us within 24 hours with photo proof, and we’ll review the case individually.

6. Storage & Consumption

  • For best quality, our croissants should be consumed within the same day or stored in chiller up to 3 days.

  • Products meant for frozen storage will include reheating instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photos, text, and designs—belongs to Fawaa MY.
You may not use or reproduce our materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions or misuse of products.
